Our Mission

Kelvic Report collects primary U.S. government documents and puts the official page on the card. Analysis is a separate brief, written here, and it is free to read. A tip is a tip. It does not unlock a page.

Where the cards come from

Every card on the site comes from one of three places, and each is labeled so you always know which one you are reading.

  1. Primary documents (blue PRIMARY label)
    Official U.S. government publications, pulled directly from the publisher:
    • The Federal Register (rules, proposed rules, notices, and presidential documents), with GovInfo’s Federal Register feed used only as a backup if the Register’s own service is down.
    • White House news releases and presidential actions (executive orders, proclamations, memoranda).
    • U.S. Department of Justice press releases from Justice.gov.
    • Congress.gov House floor activity.
    Each primary card shows the document’s own opening text and links to the official page, so you can read the source yourself. State.gov and defense.gov are not connected yet.
  2. Independent cards (gold INDEPENDENT label)
    Commentary from independent outlets that allow it. Today that is The Gateway Pundit, shown under their terms: headline, byline, and a link to their site. We do not copy their article text or images. Other outlets are added only when their terms allow it or they give written permission.
  3. Analysis (purple ANALYSIS label)
    Kelvic Report’s own briefs. Each one starts from the primary document, checks the claims in it against the text, and links every source. Analysis is our work, not a reprint of the government document and not an independent outlet’s article.

Legacy cable and newspaper writeups are not ingested. Kelvic Report is not a government website.

How the homepage fills

The aggregator runs on a morning schedule. The time on the homepage is the last successful check, in Central Time. If today has fewer than five primary documents, the column backfills older ranked cards so it does not look empty. That can put a proclamation ahead of yesterday’s Justice Department release.
