President Signs S. 195, the American Music Tourism Act, Directing Commerce to Promote Music Tourism

On Friday, October 9, 2026, the President signed S. 195, the “American Music Tourism Act of 2025,” into law. According to the White House, the act “requires the Department of Commerce to promote domestic and international travel and tourism to locations and events in the United States that are important to music tourism.”
